The 100 Series Big Gun® sprinkler is the classic high volume sprinkler – dominating the pivot end gun market for years. It’s also a perfect fit for permanent and portable set irrigation systems. Simply put, no other sprinkler is used and excels in a more diverse range of applications.
The 100 Series is available with the widest range of options and accessories in the industry. Full or Part Circle models, multiple trajectories (including an adjustable model), three different nozzle styles, special coatings and effluent options for industrial applications – there is nothing the 100 Series won’t do.
SRA100 ADJUSTABLE TRAJECTORY:
The 15-45° adjustable trajectory of the SRA100 allows customization of the sprinkler stream height. Throw over a coal pile, under a shade structure, or adjust to changing wind and site conditions.
SR100 PART CIRCLE:
The only sprinkler for hour after hour, year after year operation, the SR100 is the namesake of the pivot end gun. Also ideal for solid set and industrial applications.
F100 FULL CIRCLE:
The only sprinkler for hour after hour, year after year operation, the 100 Series is the preferred choice for tough applications. It offers the best balance of required pipe diameters, application rate, operating pressure and sprinkler spacing for solid and portable set systems.
Trajectories: 18° / 21° / 24° / 43°
Connections: 2″ FI BSP or FI NPT Threaded / 2″ ANSI or DIN Flanged
Options: Anodized / Anodized & Powder Coated / Effluent Bearing Assembly / Vaneless Range Tube / Brakeless
Accessories: LP Drive Vane / Dust Shield / Counterbalance Kit / 12° Wedge Kit
Nozzles: Taper Bore / Taper Ring / Ring (see below for descriptions)
The taper bore nozzle is the “standard” for most applications and offers greatest flow capacity and least stream diffusion, resulting in best air penetration and longest throw.
The taper ring nozzle is useful in situations where the flow rate may need to change due to crop demands or water availability, yet a good throw distance and minimal diffusion is desired. It presents a good compromise between the interchangeable ring nozzle and the highly efficient taper bore nozzle. Available in aluminum (75, 100, and 150 Series) or plastic (100 and 150 Series).
Just like their aluminum counterparts, plastic taper ring nozzles simplify customizing the flow to crop demands, but at a fraction of the cost of aluminum. They are ideal for traveler applications when nozzle changes are more frequent.
The ring nozzle is designed to be interchangeable and also give the greatest stream diffusion. Available for the 100 Series, 150 Series, and 200 Series.
